STNT is developing tubes, boats and fixtures used in semi-conductor low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LP-CVD) processor. As it is developed in an ultra-pure reaction sintering method, it is possible to have a 300mm wafer heat treatment characterized by high purity and excellent heat resistance.

AIN is a material with optimal condition that has a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of wafer, high heat conductivity, and is strong in heat impact while enduring harsh plasma environment. And it can reduce particles and contamination produced during the semiconductor process.
Therefore, it has increasing applicability as a Dry Etching, CVD and components for other process fixtures during semi-conductor process.

Quartz was developed by General Electronic (GE) for high-performance lamps due to its chemical composition and relatively high heat-resistance. Because of its ultra-pure material characteristics, it is widely used in a range of fields including semi-conductor, optic fiber and others.
Quartz products can be largely classified into two parts: Diffusion Parts and Spare Parts. What Solmics focuses on is spare parts. While it has a disadvantage in its fast consumptive rates, it is a distinct advantage in its ultra purity and transparency. So it is steadily used with larger capacities in wafer integration and larger LCD board.
